Compulsory Purchase Order

We help farmers who have been issued with compulsory purchase orders

What are Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO's)?

CPO's are issued by the county council to purchase land from land owners and farmers. Usually this is for road development and road restructuring.

How do we assist land owners?

We work on their behalf to assist with these Compulsory Purchase Orders.
